We know that shipping abroad is sometimes a pain in the ass, as it can get really expensive. We are only shipping trackable and insured orders. And these are the cheapest rates we can get right now. If this is too high for you, please drop us an e-mail ( info@neonlobsterclub.com ) and we will check if we can get any cheaper rate. This will be a not trackable and not insured one. Just to let you know. You have to take the whole risk! This is for exceptions only!

Returns

Goods can be returned, on your costs, two weeks after you have received the goods. Goods must be in perfect unworn condition. Including all tags, bags etc. We recommend you send your goods trackable and insured. For detailed infos please follow this link
